Speech Language Pathologist in Fenton, MI

Experience an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering essential speech and language support to K–12 students across four dynamic school environments. As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in helping children and teens of all abilities develop vital communication skills that support their growth both academically and socially.

In this full-time contract role beginning August 24th, 2026, and running through June 10th, 2027, you will support a caseload of approximately 65–70 students. Your expertise will be valued throughout a diverse district, including elementary and secondary schools, a virtual learning program, and a private school setting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in K–12 school settings preferred
• Knowledge of various disabilities and a flexible approach to service delivery
• Ability to travel between multiple sites within the district as needed
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with faculty, staff, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored speech and language interventions to students with a range of needs
• Deliver drop-in support and scheduled services in both individual and group formats
• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations in line with district and legal guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings to advance student goals
• Offer services at four district locations, including onsite support to a private school
• Maintain detailed records and collaborate on program development
