What you’ll bring:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Demonstrated experience working within a school setting or with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with a range of speech/language disorders, including mild cognitive needs, autism spectrum, and general education speech needs
  • Strong organization skills for managing caseloads and documentation
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to individualized learning and development

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and interventions for students across four nearby schools, spending each day at one site with no back-and-forth travel
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records in compliance with educational and professional standards
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports diverse student needs
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and staff to ensure students receive the highest quality of care
