Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach for working with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
• Complete comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services as determined by student needs
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students’ communication goals in the classroom and beyond
