Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, where your work will make a meaningful difference for school-aged students with communication and language needs. In this onsite role, you'll be valued as a key team member, providing both direct and indirect speech-language services under the direct supervision of experienced, licensed SLPs. Your expertise will contribute to implementing students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) across one or more school sites.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or completion of an AAS degree from an accredited SLPA program
  • Current, active SLPA license
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills—especially in high-pressure or crisis scenarios
  • Ability to travel between assigned school buildings as needed
  • Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services as mandated by students’ IEPs
  • Document progress and collaborate with supervising SLPs to adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with school policies, state, and federal regulations
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to optimize support and outcomes
  • Attend professional development or training sessions to stay current in the field
