Step into a rewarding role shaping young minds in a supportive educational setting as a contract Speech Language Pathologist. This position offers the chance to assist elementary-aged students in building essential speech and language skills, fostering their developmental growth. With a start date as soon as possible and a contract running through November 30, 2027, you’ll find both stability and professional satisfaction working closely with an engaging caseload.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure
  • SLP-CCC credentials
  • Previous experience in a school environment (preferred)
  • Commitment to high standards of ethical and professional practice
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services and interventions to elementary students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to student success
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide consultation and support for classroom strategies, accommodations, and modifications
  • Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development sessions

This assignment is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week over five days, providing a predictable schedule and ongoing personal connection with students. The caseload size is to be determined, built around elementary-aged learners who benefit greatly from dedicated speech and language services.
