This position is centered around providing speech-language services during the 2026-2027 school year. Working onsite near Bellevue, MI, you’ll collaborate with other education professionals to make a lasting difference at the critical early stages of student development. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Michigan SLP license (upload a screenshot of your license with your application)
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous school-based experience, particularly with PreK and Kindergarten, is highly valued
  • Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs in early childhood settings
  • Must be available to work onsite; fully remote options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document progress in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Provide direct and consultative services in classrooms and small group settings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines
