Explore an exciting opportunity to make a difference working with preschool-aged children across multiple school locations near Clifton Park, NY. Engage with students ages 3-5 as a contractual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC required), delivering essential therapy services on a flexible, school-year schedule. Roles are available for part-time and full-time assignments as outlined:

School 1: Part-time, 3 days per week, providing 10 sessions daily (40 sessions weekly).
School 2: Part-time, 2–3 days per week, with up to 43 weekly sessions when fully enrolled. The position will begin with lighter caseloads and gradually scale as student numbers grow.
School 3: Two full-time roles available—including a maternity leave assignment running until late January—managing 40–42 sessions weekly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Previous experience with early childhood populations encouraged
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort navigating school-based environments and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and schedules
  • Open to recent graduates; virtual CFY supervision available

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to children ages 3–5 based on IEPs and individual needs
  • Maintain accurate student progress notes and necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student development
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain a supportive, positive environment
