Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid NY Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
  • TSSLD certification required
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and school-based SLP backgrounds
  • Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
  • Willingness to work itinerantly and provide services across multiple sites
  • Must pass standard fingerprinting and background check

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy to K-12 students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Travel between assigned sites with paid travel time
  • Participate in paid team meetings and collaborative planning sessions
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the district’s IEP management system (training provided)
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment for students with diverse communication needs
