School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mooresville, Indiana

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working with a varied caseload across K-12 age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs.
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate outcomes to families and staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of student plans.
• Adapt therapy approaches to engage a diverse student population.
