Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language therapy services in a supportive and collaborative K-12 school setting near Fayetteville, PA! We are seeking two dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 academic year on a full-time contract basis (37.5 hours per week). With a dedicated team of nine fellow SLPs and a director who is also a licensed SLP, you'll have opportunities for professional growth and meaningful collaboration.

We have two openings:

  • Work across two elementary schools, delivering tailored support to young learners
  • Serve students from K-12, with a primary focus on elementary grade levels

New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are highly encouraged to apply and will find outstanding mentorship. Please note, we are not accepting SLPA candidates at this time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for clinical fellowship
  • State licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience delivering speech and language therapy to pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to inclusivity, individualized support, and dynamic instruction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized and group speech-language interventions
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Engage fully with multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
