Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience supporting K-5 students, ideally within a school environment
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with best practices
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring SLP services
- Deliver direct speech therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators
- Contribute to IEP meetings, provide consultation, and offer resources when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
