Step into an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing speech-language pathology services to students in a dynamic school setting. This contract position focuses on working with children and adolescents, helping them develop essential communication skills that pave the way for lifelong success.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and educational team collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and progress
  • Document assessments, treatment progress, and communications in accordance with school and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and staff consultations as needed
  • Provide guidance to support educational staff in implementing effective strategies within the classroom
