Desired Qualifications:
- Valid, current SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in pediatric settings and with early elementary students
- Skilled in school-based practices, including IEP development and progress tracking
- Expertise in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage young learners and their families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to PreK-2nd grade students, adapting interventions for diverse learning and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with school and professional standards
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administration to support academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions to optimize student outcomes
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents or guardians, providing updates and resources for continued growth
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and professional best practices
