School Psychologist in Norristown, PA

Looking to make a meaningful impact in a highly organized charter school environment? This is an exciting opportunity for a School Psychologist to support elementary students on a contract basis. Starting ASAP and continuing through June 2026, this full-time position features a manageable caseload of 13 K-5th grade students per day within a collaborative and student-focused setting.

Ideal candidates have a passion for student development, are skilled communicators, and bring a flexible, consistent approach to their work. You’ll have support from a dynamic district leadership team and access to an innovative educational framework.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid CCC-SLP credentials
• Current PA Teaching Certificate required
• All PA Clearances must be completed and up to date
• Demonstrated experience or strong skill set in school-based speech therapy for elementary students
• Able to use the EdPlan IEP system for documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Responsive, engaging, and adaptable to student and school needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapy and psychological support to a consistent daily caseload within the elementary setting
• Monitor student progress on a quarterly basis and document accordingly in EdPlan
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain compliance with all PA state and school requirements
• No Medicaid billing required; SLP professionals will not be expected to pull students out for progress reporting purposes
