Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities

  • Assist in relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting overall healing and independence

  • Deliver treatment in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

  • Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and progress

  • Monitor and report patient responses to treatment interventions

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
