Responsibilities:
Work closely with occupational therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
Assist residents in developing daily living skills, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
Provide education and support to residents and their families to promote independence and self-care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication
Monitor and report on resident progress and changes to the occupational therapy team
Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatments and progress
