This unique substitute SLP role covers the initial twelve weeks of the school year, with flexibility for on-site or VOCO arrangements. You’ll oversee a larger caseload (supported by an SLA) across two elementary buildings, guiding and serving students who are eager for your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC required)
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Ability to manage larger caseloads (c. 117 students), with support from an assigned SLA
• Comfort providing services in-person and/or virtually (VOCO)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and assessments to elementary students
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and the assigned SLA for optimal student support
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Adapt services based on individual student needs
