School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Crown Point, Indiana

Step in as a substitute SLP for the first 12 weeks of the school year, from August 10th through the end of October, while the primary clinician is on FMLA. You’ll manage a sizeable caseload, working collaboratively alongside an assigned Speech-Language Assistant (SLA)—ensuring students receive continuity of high-quality services. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role
• Comfortable managing a large caseload with SLA support
• Willingness to work in-person and/or remotely as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with their IEPs
• Oversee and coordinate service delivery with the assigned SLA
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent communications, and interdisciplinary consultations
• Adapt services for onsite and VOCO models as required
