Step into an impactful role working with elementary students as a contract school psychologist. This assignment, running from August 3, 2026 through May 27, 2027, positions you as a key resource across three school campuses near Sugar Land, TX. Your expertise will be centered on conducting student assessments, as counseling support is provided separately by the school's counseling staff.

Enjoy a dynamic school setting with the added flexibility of working virtually one day each week—select Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and maintain your chosen day throughout the contract (unless otherwise communicated). You’ll be collaborating closely with school teams to deliver thorough and compliant evaluations, making a real difference in the educational experience of young learners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active School Psychologist license for Texas, ready at the time of application.
  • Previous experience with assessment and evaluation of elementary-age students is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to oversee multiple campuses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for clear, comprehensive reporting.
  • Professional references must be provided before proceeding in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational assessments and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
  • Interpret assessment data to inform academic and behavioral interventions.
  • Coordinate schedules, maintaining consistent engagement across three campuses.
  • Adhere to ethical practices and state regulations for school psychology.
