Make a meaningful impact supporting young learners in a contract opportunity designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who thrives in dynamic school settings. This role focuses on PreK and Kindergarten-aged students, bringing essential behavior support and coaching to classrooms near Catlin, IL.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid structure, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while providing critical, hands-on support. You’ll rotate between classrooms each quarter, offering continuity and fresh perspective to students and staff. Hybrid candidates are asked to be on-site a minimum of three days per week, with some schedule flexibility required to meet the needs of the school community. Every observation will be conducted in-person to maintain the highest standard of support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Experience supporting behavior management for young children, especially in school settings.
  • Adaptability for both in-person and hybrid work arrangements.
  • Strong communication skills—able to coach, consult, and collaborate with educators and support staff.
  • Compliance with an in-person background check (timelines vary, 2-6 weeks for results).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavior support and coaching for PreK and kindergarten classroom environments.
  • Regularly rotate through assigned classrooms, building rapport and adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Complete and document in-person behavioral observations, collaborating with classroom teams.
  • Adapt strategies to achieve individualized goals for students.
  • Serve as a resource for behavioral best practices within the school community.
