Hybrid candidates are asked to be on-site a minimum of three days per week, with some schedule flexibility required to meet the needs of the school community. Every observation will be conducted in-person to maintain the highest standard of support.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supporting behavior management for young children, especially in school settings.

• Strong communication skills—able to coach, consult, and collaborate with educators and support staff.
• Compliance with an in-person background check (timelines vary, 2-6 weeks for results).

Responsibilities:
