Schedule/Hours:

  • Standard hospital pharmacy shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and patient counseling

  • Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as necessary
