Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an impactful contract role supporting early childhood students. This opportunity is open to hybrid arrangements, requiring a minimum of three days on-site near Danville, IL, with a start date of August 17, 2026, and continuing through June 4, 2027. As part of this position, you will provide essential behavior support and targeted coaching to PreK and Kindergarten classrooms, rotating through different groups each quarter.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Proven experience delivering behavioral support and behavioral management, especially with early childhood populations.
  • Comfort with a hybrid schedule and flexibility to accommodate rotating assignments as needed.
  • Strong observational, analytical, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to complete in-person classroom observations.
  • Must successfully pass an in-person background check (processing times may vary, generally between 2 to 6 weeks).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and observations for PreK-K students.
  • Develop, implement, and review behavior plans, collaborating with classroom staff as needed.
  • Provide on-site coaching and behavior management strategies to teachers and support staff.
  • Rotate through assigned classrooms each academic quarter, supporting multiple teams.
  • Work a mix of on-site (at least three days per week) and remote days, if a hybrid schedule is chosen.
  • Ensure all documentation and communication comply with district and professional standards.
