Step into a rewarding contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, providing impactful behavior analysis services within a supportive educational community. This full-time opportunity offers an onsite role with a 37.5-hour work week, focusing on a diverse K-12 caseload spread district-wide. You'll have the chance to work closely with students and collaborate with dedicated professionals, as well as supervise Behavioral Support Assistants (BSAs) to enhance learning environments and student outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required (must hold or be willing to obtain Washington State BCBA license)
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise and train Behavioral Support Assistants
  • Must be fingerprinted through OSPI, or willing to complete this process

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students K-12
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and supervision for BSAs across the district
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families
  • Collect and analyze data, making recommendations for program adjustments
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district standards and state regulations

This contract runs from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and requires commitment to an onsite presence—virtual options are not available.
