Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, ages 2-21, in various settings, including home, school, and clinic
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and training
Supervise and mentor junior therapists and BCBA candidates
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
