Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across various settings
- Design, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar behavioral assessments
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior reduction strategies
- Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to client care
