Elevate your career by bringing your expertise and support to elementary students in a welcoming educational environment. An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to provide crucial services during the upcoming school year. This role centers on assessment, consultation, and collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and students. Set in person at a local school, you'll play an essential part in fostering a positive learning atmosphere and empowering young learners to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license (must be included in your application)
  • Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of best practices in assessment, intervention, and individualized education planning for students
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies and recommendations
  • Participate in the creation and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Offer consultation and resources to teachers, parents, and support staff for student success
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements

This contract begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027. Full-time hours are available, with consideration given to part-time applicants; all work must be completed onsite.
