Key Qualifications:

  • Current Michigan School Psychologist certification
  • Active credential status (temporary or pending not accepted)
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable managing an evaluation-heavy caseload spanning K-12 students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpreting results for teams and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop individualized plans
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and recommendations for students as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the eligibility determination process
  • Maintain clear documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Support a positive school culture through consultation and knowledge sharing

This full-time opportunity consists of 37.5 hours per week and is based onsite for direct engagement with students and colleagues.
