Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist licensure in Michigan (MI)
• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Prior experience working in a K-12 educational environment is preferred
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention development, and consultation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and interpret psychological testing to guide individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and address learning or behavioral concerns
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services, as needed
• Engage in crisis response and prevention initiatives
• Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to compliance with state and federal regulations
