Bring your expertise to elementary school communities as a dedicated School Psychologist on a flexible, part-time contract. Working one full day each week at two welcoming elementary schools, you’ll play a vital role in supporting student success while enjoying a well-balanced schedule.

In this position, your primary focus will be special education assessments, providing essential insight to help shape student learning plans and empower educators and families. You’ll collaborate with a committed team of professionals, enriching the lives of young learners and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Current or eligible School Psychologist credential
  • Solid background in comprehensive psychoeducational assessment
  • Familiarity with IEP procedures and special education laws
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in elementary school settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough special education evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Interpret assessment results and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Participate in IEP and parent meetings to support student development
  • Consult with staff and parents regarding interventions and supports
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
