Step into a rewarding opportunity as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting elementary students. This role offers meaningful engagement with a diverse caseload of 50-60 students, where you’ll deliver in-person therapy and collaborate with a supportive school community. You’ll play a vital role in empowering young learners to reach their communication milestones from now through June 9, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bilingual fluency, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking students
  • SLP - CCC preferred; open to both credentialed and licensed SLPs
  • For Credentialed SLPs: Credential posted on the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) website
  • For Licensed SLPs (non-credentialed): Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (if from outside the USA, an equivalency report from a CTC-approved agency is required)
  • Certificate of Clearance (COC) posted on the CTC website (for Licensed SLPs)
  • Current TB clearance
  • Livescan clearance (must use district form)
  • Experience with elementary-aged children and managing moderate caseloads is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students in-person
  • Complete thorough assessments, write IEPs, and offer evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to student performance
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing team communication

Position Details:

  • Full-time, in-person position
  • 7 hours daily, 35 paid hours per week (lunch break not included)
  • Caseload of 50-60 elementary students, supporting their speech and language needs
