School Psychologist - Cleveland, Ohio

Seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to provide part-time support for students’ educational and emotional growth in a welcoming academic environment close to Cleveland, OH. This contract position offers a uniquely flexible schedule, with your choice of either five half days per week or two and a half full days, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

In this impactful role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote positive student outcomes. Your expertise will help address students’ academic, social, behavioral, and mental health needs to create a supportive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist certification for the state of Ohio
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, counseling techniques, and assessment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ learning or behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student progress and strategies
• Provide counseling to students individually or in small groups, as needed
• Collaborate during multidisciplinary team meetings to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality requirements
