Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic educational environment near Michigan City, IN! We’re searching for three experienced SLPs (CCC preferred) to collaborate with students and staff, making a lasting impact throughout the 2026/27 school year. This contract opportunity offers flexibility, the chance to travel, and the fulfillment of supporting diverse elementary and intermediate student populations.

Key Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Solid background with pediatric populations in educational settings
  • Previous experience managing caseloads of 70-100 students preferred
  • Comfortable collaborating with other professionals and discussing support options (SLA support may be available)
  • Strong communication, organization, and adaptability

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services for elementary through middle school students
  • Manage assessments, therapy sessions, documentation, and progress monitoring for your assigned caseload
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent consultations, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer input and leadership regarding best practices in school-based speech services
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records

Available Assignments:

  • Fegley Intermediate & Crisman Elementary (7-hour days, flexible schedule, ~100 students)
  • Porter Lakes Elementary (Preschool–1st grade, 7-hour days, ~70–80 students, some SLA support)
  • Split-site role across Porter Lakes, Boone Grove Elementary, and Boone Grove Middle (Grades 2–8, ~75 students)
