Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by supporting communication development across diverse age groups! This full-time contract Speech-Language Pathology opportunity offers a blend of early childhood special education and K–12 school programming, suited for professionals passionate about fostering student growth.

With two openings available, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic school team near the beautiful Oregon coast. The role provides support for both Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (serving birth–5 years) as well as students in K–12. This rewarding position combines your expertise in speech therapy and your dedication to student success, all within a supportive and positive school environment.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with a varied caseload, including early childhood and school-aged students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education and K–12 programs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain clear documentation and adhere to program guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development

Role Details and Perks:

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
