This contract opportunity offers the chance to work within a supportive school environment, providing essential services to students as a valued SLP professional. The role is designed for a .6 FTE schedule, but candidates interested in full-time hours are also encouraged to apply. Step into the new academic year starting September 1, 2026, and continue through June 27, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
  • Ability to deliver speech and language therapy services to diverse student populations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups as appropriate
  • Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies for support
