Taking place near Tolleson, AZ, this role requires an enthusiastic, experienced Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a meaningful difference in a school setting. What You’ll Bring:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active (or eligible) state licensure for Arizona
  • Previous school-based SLP experience with pediatric populations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Medicaid billing effectively
  • Experience supervising and mentoring SLP Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Comfortable working in a school environment and collaborating with educators and families

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech and language needs
  • Oversee SLPAs, offering guidance, supervision, and professional support to ensure service quality
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all students, including Medicaid billing and progress reports
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute knowledgeably to each student’s support team
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver holistic support tailored to individual student goals
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all learners
