Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings highly valued
  • Proficiency providing teletherapy services is a plus
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services both in person and via teletherapy as appropriate
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school professionals to optimize intervention
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document progress in compliance with school and state standards
  • Engage with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and strategies for support at home
