Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to provide a range of speech and language therapies tailored to diverse student needs
• Commitment to onsite, full-time availability throughout the contract period

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy to students and track progress toward goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and participate in required meetings and professional development
• Adapt services as needed based on student needs and evolving program requirements
