Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Ridgeland, SC

Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication skills in an engaging school environment. A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time onsite from August 2026 through May 2027.

This role focuses on providing direct speech and language services to K-12 students, collaborating with educational teams, and contributing expertise that fuels student success. The position emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and a passion for supporting young learners.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting strongly preferred
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights within a team approach
