Step into a dynamic school-based opportunity supporting elementary students with speech and language needs for the 2026-2027 academic year. Professionals with a passion for fostering communication skills in young learners will thrive in this role, serving 1-2 nearby sites and working closely with a collaborative educational community. This contract position centers on a mild to moderate caseload, making it a great fit for speech-language pathologists who are ready to make a measurable difference every day.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CCC-SLP certification required
  • Demonstrated experience with school-aged children, ideally within an elementary setting
  • Skilled in assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning for students with mild to moderate speech/language disorders
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students across 1-2 school sites
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and track student progress
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as part of the IEP process
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure alignment and student success
  • Support implementation of evidence-based practices tailored to individual student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on program development
