Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting school communities near Syracuse, NY! We’re seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) to collaborate with educators and make a lasting difference in students’ communication development. Multiple openings are available: two full-time SLP positions in the Onondaga area and one part-time SLP position in the Cortland County region.

Ideal candidates are motivated, compassionate professionals with experience working with school-aged children. Whether you’re passionate about assessment and intervention or thrive in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments, this role offers a rewarding path to enhancing student outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current New York state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and maintain accurate documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within a supportive team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conducting assessments and contributing to eligibility determinations
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other school staff
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough records
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student success planning
