This assignment spans the full academic year, giving you time to build rapport with staff and students, lead impactful interventions, and gain valuable experience managing a varied caseload—all within a single school building to foster strong connections.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Valid School Psychologist licensure for Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience conducting evaluations, creating IEPs, developing interventions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 40-50 students for evaluations, interventions, and ongoing support
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students for academic and emotional growth
