Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with AAC, multimodal communication, and behavioral needs in school settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and intervention for a caseload of 38 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students using AAC and multimodal communication strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Document services and student outcomes in accordance with district requirements
  • Maintain a daily schedule from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
