Help students find their voices and reach their full potential by making an impact as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year! This full-time contract opportunity near Arkansas City, KS, offers you the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment committed to supporting every learner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in Kansas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school settings highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Maintain detailed records and timely, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
