Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Active or pending Arizona Occupational Therapy license
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred (IEPs, evaluations, direct therapy)
  • Comfort providing services in diverse school, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy modalities

Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a K-12 student population
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement therapeutic interventions, and participate in IEP processes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student potential
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements
