Bring your passion for supporting young learners to an exciting contract opportunity in a welcoming elementary setting! You’ll work alongside a collaborative school team, serving a mild to moderate caseload—all at a single site for consistency and ease. Whether you're a seasoned CCC-SLP or a motivated CFY-SLP eager to grow, your expertise will make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.

Your experience and approach will include:

  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP accepted)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but welcoming to strong clinical fellows
  • Understanding of best practices for therapy within elementary settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to support mild to moderate student needs with individualized and group interventions

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress throughout the year
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
  • Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to timely IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance to staff and families regarding students’ communication strategies
