Qualifications:

  • Valid CTC Credential or Licensed SLP in California is required
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued, but not mandatory
  • Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting student learning and advocacy for their wellbeing

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage in professional growth and maintain up-to-date licensing requirements
