Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist—whether you’re a Clinical Fellow (CF) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your skills will directly impact students’ lives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CFY and CCC candidates are both encouraged to apply
  • Solid foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Experience or motivation to provide services in school settings
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organization abilities
  • Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based interventions
  • Capacity to work 32 hours per week per contract requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ success
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide consultation and recommendations for accommodations or modifications
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
  • Support the school’s mission of fostering every child’s academic and personal growth
