Help transform detailed designs into fully tested, production-ready chemical feed assemblies. If you thrive on accuracy, shop-floor problem solving, and clean workmanship, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble fluid control systems exactly to design specifications using PVC, CPVC, and stainless steel piping.
  • Fabricate structural supports and perform light machining as required by the project scope.
  • Verify manufacturing accuracy against drawings/blueprints; escalate drawing or spec issues to the Foreman.
  • Functionally test completed systems to validate performance and quality.
  • Match pulled parts to the Bills of Material and report failed or incorrect components.
  • Keep your work area neat and organized and maintain the condition and inventory of your personal tools.
  • Uphold company policies, arrive on time, protect confidentiality, support clients, the company, and the team, and take on other duties needed to meet company goals.
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience; High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in at least one: welding, machining, home improvement tasks, or plumbing.
  • Mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot mechanical and electro/mechanical system failures using schematic drawings.
  • Proficient with hand tools; can read a tape measure accurately.
  • Math proficiency including adding and subtracting fractions; basic computer literacy.
  • Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform constant movement: standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching.
  • Meets in-house forklift certification requirements.
  • Professional, clear communicator; able to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and with others.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
How You'll Succeed
  • Own quality: build right the first time and validate through functional testing.
  • Stay organized: keep tools maintained and your station clutter-free.
  • Collaborate: surface drawing issues early and support shared goals and deadlines.
  • Adapt: handle shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
