Hours - 5:30am-4:30pm (start and stop times may vary)

MUST be able to work overtime and 2 Saturdays a month

We are hiring Chemical Assemblers to join a growing company in South Fort Myers.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team producing and packaging chemistry products used by customers across a variety of industries. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a team on a chemistry production line
• Fill chemistry products into bottles using automated and manual equipment
• Assemble and package chemistry products into finished kits and products
• Label, seal, and prepare completed products for shipment
• Gather materials and components to complete finished assemblies
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect products and report any quality or process issues
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Help identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Assist in other areas of production as business needs require

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable communicating with coworkers and production team members
• Ability to follow written work instructions accurately
• Commitment to company safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule changes based on business needs

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we encourage qualified candidates with strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to apply.
