What You'll Do (In Short)- Commission and verify ProMinent skids: hydro/pressure test, calibrate pumps, and validate operation against Engineering requirements and drawings.
- Synchronize Test Department activities with Production and Engineering schedules.
- Escalate drawing and paperwork inaccuracies to the Test Supervisor and Engineering.
- Capture complete quality data: test forms, time logs, and traceable records.
- Tag and label systems clearly for shipment and service readiness.
- Reconcile picked parts with the BOM; stage and protect spare parts so they ship with the skid(s).
- Maintain and account for departmental tools.
- Follow safety procedures every time.
- Make minor, quick repairs as agreed to keep orders moving.
- Report any failed parts to QC for NCMR processing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; be punctual and dependable.
- Keep an orderly, tidy workspace.
- Meet goals, deadlines, and quality metrics.
- Support clients, the company, and teammates; maintain confidentiality.
- Step into other duties as needed to help the team win.
- 1+ year in manufacturing; high school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude with measurement know-how and safe hand-tool skills.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical/electro-mechanical issues and interpret schematics.
- Solid math skills for accurate calibration and testing.
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching.
- Adaptable, organized, and effective working solo or with others.
- Willing to work overtime and support other departments as required.
- Professional communicator who can juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Can obtain in-house forklift and vehicle certifications upon request.
- 9 months of hands-on experience building ProMinent skids.
